Service Disclosure & Limitations

To keep our premium service transparent and ensure smooth collaboration, please review these terms:

  1. Revisions & Edit Window

    • You receive 3 rounds of edits. After your first full draft is delivered at the end of the 7-day creation period, submit all revision requests via WhatsApp to your Success Manager.

    • Once submitted, updates typically take 3–7 days to implement, depending on complexity.

    • After all 3 rounds are used—further changes will require a new engagement.


  2. Social Account Access & Posting Options
    To fit your workflow, choose one of the following:

    • DIY Posting (No Extra Cost): We deliver all content files; you or your assistant posts manually on your social channels.

    • Full-Service Posting ($247/month): We handle scheduling and posting on your behalf—account access required.


  3. Response Time

    • Your dedicated Success Manager replies within 1-3 business days via WhatsApp or email.

    • Plan accordingly when requesting support or changes.


  4. Scope of Support
    Use your Success Manager primarily for:

    • Aligning on content strategy

    • Resolving login or access issues

    • Coordinating emergency posts (see next point)


  5. Emergency Posts

    • Up to 2 emergency posts per month outside the approved calendar.

    • Each requires 3 business days’ notice to ensure quality and proper formatting.


  6. Content Nature & Workflow

    • Deliverables: 15 static posts + 5 carousels monthly—produced using consistent templates and AI-powered tools.

    • We move at a “ridiculous rate,” but our focus remains on strategic, effective, and premium-quality content.


  7. Exclusivity & Capacity

    • To preserve our high standards and personal touch, we onboard a limited number of clients each month.

    • This ensures every brand gets the dedicated attention it deserves.


  8. Pricing & Future Adjustments

    • Rates are locked for your initial term but may increase annually.

    • We’ll notify you well in advance of any changes and offer special renewal pricing to existing clients.
