These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReadySetSite, operated by Arsenal Design. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service Overview

ReadySetSite is a monthly subscription service that provides users with access to a website builder platform (powered by Brizy Cloud), including hosting, templates, and basic support. This service is designed for small business owners, freelancers, and entrepreneurs who want to launch and maintain a website quickly and affordably.

2. Subscription and Payment

• The current price is $27 USD/month.

• Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

• Your subscription will auto-renew every month unless canceled.

• You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time.

3. Acceptable Use

By using ReadySetSite, you agree not to:

• Upload or host illegal, violent, or explicit content

• Use the platform for scams, phishing, or spamming

• Misrepresent your identity or services

• Copy, sell, or redistribute the templates or platform access

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All website templates, software, graphics, and content provided by ReadySetSite are the property of Arsenal Design or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform to build and manage websites for yourself or your business.

5. Limitation of Liability

ReadySetSite is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Arsenal Design is not liable for:

• Downtime or performance issues

• Loss of data or revenue

• Third-party service failures (e.g., hosting or payment processing)

• User-generated content or misuse

We aim to provide reliable service but make no guarantees regarding uptime or uninterrupted access.

6. Account Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support@readysetsite.com. Arsenal Design reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or suspected abuse.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we’ll notify users via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
